Mr. Bullock worked 38 years in social/human services (Frederick Douglass Rehabilitation Center and Ada S. McKinley Community Services) with adults with developmental disabilities or special needs, retiring in 2017 as a center director and member of the leadership team.
Currently serving as President of LCNAA-Chicago Chapter (since 2004)
Chair, LCNAA Mentoring Program Pillar
Previous LCNAA positions include Election Chair for 3 LCNAA elections and member of Constitution Committee for 3 administrations.
